Peasley & Armstrong LLP was formed on January 1, 2019. Our firm is the successor to Peasley Law Office, which Frank Peasley first opened in 1970. Located in Douglas, Wyoming, we represent clients across Wyoming.

Frank D. Peasley

Frank Peasley is a Cheyenne native who has been practicing law since 1970. Frank’s experience during this time has been diverse, including stints serving as a municipal court judge for the City of Douglas and as the County and Prosecuting Attorney for Converse County. Frank also served two terms in the Wyoming House of Representatives representing House District 3. Today, Frank’s practice focuses primarily on probate and estate planning matters. When not in the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife, four children and sixteen grandchildren.

Michael R. Armstrong

Mike Armstrong, a Wyoming native from Big Piney, started as an associate with Peasley Law Office in August of 2018. Prior to joining Peasley Law Office, Mike was an assistant attorney general with the Wyoming Attorney General’s Office. While with the AG’s office, he served as counsel to the Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission, defended Workers’ Compensation actions on behalf of the state, and litigated cases on behalf of other agencies. Now a partner with Peasley and Armstrong LLP, Mike assists clients with a variety of matters, including estate planning and probates, personal injury, workers’ compensation, adoptions, DUI defense, and general litigation. Mike also represents clients before the WOGCC. Outside of work, Mike enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife.
